I recently launched KP Communications LLC after nearly nine years at The Hatcher Group, where I held the position of Vice President and Environment Sector Lead. During my time at Hatcher, I collaborated with nearly 100 national, regional, and local organizations dedicated to improving the world. My diverse background, which includes roles at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Stanley Black & Decker, and Sun Life Financial, provides a unique perspective from both the public and private sectors.

I specialize in environmental communications and have collaborated with leading local, regional, and national nonprofits, foundations, and government agencies, including American Rivers, the Maryland League of Conservation Voters, Ocean Conservancy, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, the National Wildlife Federation, NOAA, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. In addition to my environmental work, I have also developed public relations and communications strategies for organizations in the financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.
